Presenters must register and pay by July 15, in order for their contribution to be included in the program. 

Please note that some options such as Early career social events and excursions will become available later. You can adjust your registration later to add these events to your registration. 

Registration fees include: 

• Access to the conference sessions 
• Conference material 
• Coffee breaks 
• Welcome reception  

The Preconference workshop fee includes access to a specific workshop and is inclusive of lunch for the day. 

Lunch and conference dinner 

Lunch tickets and tickets for the conference dinner are available until July 31, 2026. 

We recommend purchasing lunch tickets because of limited options to get lunch at or around the conference site. 

Become an EARA Member! 

By becoming a member of EARA or renewing your membership, you will benefit from reduced fees and much more. Please visit the EARA website to find all the benefits of becoming a member and to fill out the membership application or renew your membership. 

As EARA member you profit from a lower conference registration fee. You can become a member or renew your membership through the EARA website, but also by registering for the conference and including the EARA membership fee in your conference registration. In case you choose to become EARA member or renew through the conference registration site, you must first register or renew on the EARA website by choosing the Bank Transfer option without completing the payment. After you have paid the membership fee through the conference registration system, your membership will be updated in the EARA database.
