Poster preparation

If your submission has been accepted for a poster presentation, please follow the requirements below.

All posters must be prepared and printed in A0 landscape or portrait format (1189 x 841 mm).

The poster session is designed as an interactive, walk-around format. Attendees are free to move between posters, engage in discussions, and ask questions. Presenters are expected to stand by their poster during their assigned session time and be prepared to give a brief informal explanation of their research, answer any questions or engage in discussion with the audience.
